Free Shipping on All Orders
Korzio Inc. offers free standard shipping on every US order with no minimum purchase required. We believe shipping should be transparent and accessible to all our customers.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

- USPS (United States Postal Service) — Priority Mail and First Class
- UPS (United Parcel Service) — Ground and 2nd Day Air
- FedEx — Ground and Express
- DHL Express — International orders

We ship to all 50 US states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and US territories.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to over 50 countries. Delivery times vary by destination:
- Canada and United Kingdom: 7–10 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 10–14 business days
- Asia and Middle East: 10–18 business days
- Rest of World: 14–21 business days
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
Order Tracking
All orders include real-time tracking. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order online using your order number and email address.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes for expedited shipping, or to certain restricted countries due to international trade regulations.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check around your delivery location and with neighbors
- Contact your local post office or carrier with the tracking number
- If still missing, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the delivery date
Address Changes
You can change your shipping address within 2 hours of placing your order by emailing [email protected]. After 2 hours, the order is in our fulfillment system and cannot be modified.
