At Korzio Inc., customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, our 30-day return policy makes it easy to return or exchange items.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it
- Must be in original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories attached
- Must include your order number and proof of purchase
- Items must not show signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards and store credit
- Perishable goods, food, or fragile items
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, and sanitary products (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Custom or personalized items
- Beauty products that have been opened or used
How to Return
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number, item(s) being returned, and reason for return.
- Wait for confirmation — we will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid return label (for defective or wrong items).
- Package the item securely in original packaging, attach the return label, and ship.
- Track your return — once received and inspected (typically 2–3 business days), we will process your refund.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to original card
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
- Apple Pay/Google Pay: Refunded to original payment method
- Store Credit (optional): Faster processing if you choose store credit
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days. We will arrange the exchange and ship the new item once we receive the original.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. Return shipping for defective items is always free.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within 14 business days of our confirmation:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — there may be processing time before posting
- Contact your bank to inquire
- If still no refund, email us at [email protected]
Order Cancellations
You can cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing [email protected]. After 2 hours, the order enters our fulfillment system and cannot be cancelled.
